About Jason

Jason Mellet is a founder and GTM systems operator who builds the commercial infrastructure companies run on — research engines, outbound systems, content factories, attribution, and the portals that hold the work together.

He has spent 16 years building companies from the ground up, including an e-commerce business and a two-sided marketplace. That experience taught him to look across the whole business — demand, conversion, data, workflows, and operations — rather than treating marketing as a single function.

Today he applies an AI-forward approach to that work. He identifies where teams lose time, where information is fragmented, and where better systems create operating leverage. Then he builds: workflows, automations, dashboards, research engines, and client-facing operating systems the team actually uses.

Companies do not only hire Jason to ship tools. They ask him to own the operating functions those systems have to serve — revenue operations, GTM operations across sales and marketing, and demand generation — and stay in the work until the commercial engine runs.

Recent work includes a multi-brand content and attribution hub, a signal-based demand system for a regulated clinical-data company, a deliverability-safe executive outreach engine, and an evidence-first SEO and AI-visibility operating system.

Selected experience

Founder & GTM Systems Operator — All Great Things

Studio systems, SEO, and AI-visibility product

Built the studio’s commercial systems: the public site, an AI Visibility Scan with live DataForSEO enrichment, SEO experiment collection from Search Console and GA4, and the operating stack used across client engagements.

GTM & RevOps — REDCap Cloud

RevOps, GTM ops, and demand generation

Built the live GTM operations hub, Ads conversion loop, and a trigger-based demand engine from public clinical and regulatory signals. The work sits inside the functions companies usually staff as RevOps, sales and marketing ops, and demand gen — not as a side automation project.

Commercial Systems — Wildlife Dominion

Content factory, approval gate, and sales attribution

Designed and shipped the operating system behind three e-commerce brands: monthly SEO content production, a client approval hub, and a sales attribution layer tying Shopify orders to marketing channels.

Outreach Engine — Theo

Deliverability-safe executive outbound

Built a production five-step outreach system with dual-sender delivery, research gating, bounce and reply suppression, and an operations dashboard — designed to book calls without burning domain reputation.

GTM & Growth Architect — CloudX

Positioning, SEO foundation, and demand system

Built a full go-to-market system including ICP, messaging, SEO foundation, content roadmap, outbound targeting, and ABM strategy for a mid-market WMS.

Focus areas & strengths

  • RevOps and GTM operations Owning how sales, marketing, and revenue actually run — process, data, handoffs, reporting, and the operating cadence behind the number.
  • Demand generation Building the research, outbound, content, and signal systems that create qualified pipeline without burning domains or buying noise.
  • Commercial operating systems Client portals, approval hubs, and exec dashboards that replace Slack and email ping-pong with a system of record.
  • Signal-based demand and outbound Research engines and outreach systems that start from public market signals, then enrich, gate, and send with deliverability discipline.
  • SEO and AI visibility Evidence-first technical SEO, content systems, and LLM-visibility measurement using crawl data, GSC, GA4, and DataForSEO.
  • Attribution and truthful reporting Connecting spend, content, and outbound to orders and pipeline so leadership can see what is actually moving.
  • AI-forward workflow design Using automation and modern models to remove manual work — with safety gates, not prompt-on-top-of-chaos.
  • Strategy through execution Staying in the work from identifying a constraint to shipping the workflow, dashboard, or content pipeline the team runs.

Recent work & deep dives

Wildlife Dominion — Content, approval, and attribution system

A three-brand operating system: monthly SEO content production, a client approval hub, and sales attribution that ties Shopify orders back to marketing channels.

REDCap Cloud — Signal-based GTM engine

A live operations hub plus a trigger-based outbound system that turns public clinical and regulatory signals into gated, enrichable demand.

How Jason typically works

Embedded operator seats

The core model. Jason works inside the company on a weekly cadence and owns a defined slice of the commercial system — RevOps, GTM operations across sales and marketing, demand generation, or the technical layer underneath. Hours scale to the function, not to a packaged sprint.

Production retainers

For systems already live. A monthly retainer to keep the engine running, improve it, and stay accountable for the outcome — outbound, content, attribution, or an ops hub — without standing up a full-time seat. The point is leverage: the system does the work, Jason stays on the hook.

Build, then operate

Some work starts as a system build — a portal, demand engine, content factory, or attribution layer — then converts into an embedded seat or a lighter retainer once the infrastructure is in production. Jason does not hand off a deck and leave.

Combined work with Jennifer Mellet

When the company also needs commercial leadership, org design, or board-level value creation, Jason and Jennifer connect the operating model to the systems that make it run day to day.
