Jennifer Mellet is an experienced board director and commercial leader with a track record of helping private equity-backed and growth-stage companies scale revenue and drive enterprise value. With more than two decades of experience across SaaS and technology-enabled services, including healthcare, fitness, construction, and travel, she partners closely with boards and executive teams to translate growth strategy into durable, repeatable performance.

Jennifer brings deep expertise in building and scaling go-to-market engines across new business, expansion, and retention. Her work is particularly impactful in environments where growth is present but not yet fully optimized or scalable, helping organizations align teams, data, and operations to unlock the next phase of value creation.
